Feasibility Study

Consultancy has been contracted with a purpose of exploring the replacement of an existing document management system. The study's scope includes to • document the current TNA solution, both from a business and systems point of view • identify high level requirements • assess the marketplace for suitable packages and solutions and appropriate routes to market • undertake a high-level gap analysis between the current system and TNA needs taking account of the products available in the market • provide a report recommending a way forward, including budgetary costs.
