FCHO Temporary Agency Workers Service

The Contractor must be able to supply and manage the effective provision of Temporary Agency Workers across FCHO. The Contractor must be able to supply Temporary Agency Workers themselves or through Agencies: The Contractor should fill the vacancy with the Candidate that most closely meets the job description and person specification (or equivalent) as provided by the People Team with any adjustments made to make it a free and fair process. The Contractor must deliver to FCHO Services which meet the needs of the various parties within the Customer organisation e.g. the People Team, the Finance Team, and Line Managers.
