Overview
Group Finance Directorate will be lead for the FST4 project working with the Probation Programme and HMPPS Commercial team. The appointed firm will assist Group Finance Directorate to agree the overall methodology to be applied to the analytical review. Agree a final reporting template to be prepared and issued to the Ministry of Justice on the completion of the work. Carry out analytical review on the 21 sets of CRC financial information (FST4) and prepare interim reports for each CRC and a summary report that consolidates the findings for all 21 CRCs as well as provides insights as to the impact that the findings.
