Overview
Following the issue of the PIN 2020/S 155-380433 and the related marketing engagement exercise, the Council wishes to establish a single provider Concession Contract for the provision of Facility Development and Operation at Entry Hill. The Council is managing this procurement in line with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement process to be used is the Competitive Dialogue pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Regulations. The existing use is a 9-hole course, which was opened in the 1980's and is set on a steeply sloping hillside located c1.6 miles south of the centre of Bath.
