Overview
ECH is specialist housing for adults with health and social care needs. The service requires a designated on-site team to deliver care and support services to all tenants living in ECH. The new service will include assisting tenants to develop or maintain their independence within the community, thus preventing loss of their home or tenancy, and/or the otherwise unnecessary use of more acute health and social care services.
