Overview
The overarching objective of the project is to reduce fuel poverty and cut carbon emissions by improving the energy efficiency of the targeted homes, aiming to bring them up to an EPC level C where practical. This contract is to provide services to the Authority to support delivery of the scheme and to install External Wall Insulation to identified solid wall properties. All works and services carried out in conjunction with this contract will be undertaken by a PAS 2030:2019 certified contractor and in compliance with PAS 2035:2019 requirements.
