Overview

Carry out cyclical repairs and painting to Trust owned properties and/or properties administered by the Trust, predominantly within the Telford & Shropshire Area with a potential of working within the wider West Midland Area in the future. This will include for all external surfaces painted in previous programmes, or requiring future paint protection, such as exposed timbers, rainwater goods, rendered, panelled or cladded wall surfaces.
