East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) is looking to recruit a Business Advisor to offer strategic advice and practical support to help local businesses develop and grow. The cost of retaining the external Advisor is being met by the East Lindsey Investment Fund (ELIF), currently secured for a two-year period to April 2028. The appointment of an external Advisor sits alongside other ELIF funded activity, predominantly focused on Energy Efficiency. Within the overarching ELIF strategy the introduction of general Business Advice is referred to as the Fifth Pillar
