Overview
The aim of this project is to design and deliver an assessment/development centre for a total of 50 first and second tier leaders in the learning and skills sector. Assessments will provide evidence for a personalised development plan to support participation on the Further education Strategic Leadership Programme (FESLP) and the Preparing for CEO programme run by Oxford Said Business School. Individuals will have a clear development plan to support the next step in their career, mapped to the ETF CEO Professional Standards, and will be able to identify a series of development activities to achieve their development goals.
