The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a tenderer to carry out an independent evaluation of the Governance Development programme. The aim of ETF's leadership and governance activity is to support the whole sector to improve the quality of leadership and governance. Our activity in this area builds on effective governance practice in the sector, as well as offering resources and sessions for the development of college governors already operating at a highly effective standard.
