Evaluation For Fresh Start 4U Project

Fresh Start 4U is an innovative partnership project led by the Council which seeks to reduce re-offending rates amongst a cohort of offenders by improving their capacity to lead stable lives. The project is funded by CBMDC for two years until June 2017. The programme of support is expected to lead to a reduction in the level of crisis interventions by public services resulting in savings to the public purse. This will be achieved through a Demand Management approach- improving service users' ability to self help and to sustain their own future and reducing reliance on public services.
