Overview
The purpose of this work is to secure the service of a consultant to build upon previous EV work and produce a full business case (FBC) that covers the entirety of the MC geographical area. Negotiation with charge point operators (CPOs) and stakeholder engagement will be key to the successful delivery for this project. There is a real sense of urgency to develop longer term contracts over larger geographies using the 'concessionary model' which will help maximise private sector investment and finance and ensure that CPs are delivered for all.
