Overview
There's likely to be a significant increase in the amount of work in the Environment Agency's EU ETS Installations team, starting in the second half of financial year 2018/19. This is because we will be starting our preparation for Phase IV of EU ETS, involving a large scale data collection exercise, where we will collect a range of data required to determine operators' free allocations of allowances. We would expect this activity to last for approximately one year.
