Overview
North East Derbyshire District Council is seeking Valuation Services to carry out a survey and prepare a report on its housing property when a Right to Buy (RTB) Application is received. NEDDC will undertake the majority of RTB valuations ‘in-house’ however, on occasions of high volumes or low capacity, NEDDC will seek services through this Request for Quotation (RFQ). If the decision is taken to outsource the whole of the RTB Valuations within the proposed contract period, then this will be done under this ITT.
