Estate Master Plan Building 2 - Main Contractor - AWARD

This tender is for the construction of Building 2 (a four storey standalone building to provide new teaching and learning facilities together with a lower ground car park; erection of single storey Energy Centre; and landscaping works to enable creation of new public realm and all necessary external works) complete with all temporary and permanent works. The demolition is already underway under a separate contract and there will be an enabling works contract let also separately so that the appointed contractor will have a clean / prepared site for the construction.
