Estate Management Services (inclusive of Grounds, Cleaning, Waste & Tree Management) Curo is tendering for the provision of the above services across it's entire Estate. The tender is compiled of 4 Lots, one for each service. Contracts for the 4 Lots will be issued separately, whether won by a single or multiple suppliers. The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years (10 year total).
