Estate Management & Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Solution

Leicester City Council (LCC) wishes to appoint a single provider to enter into a contract to supply and maintain a computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further two years in 1 + 1-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
