Estate Agents, Valuers and Associated Services Framework

Adra intends to establish a framework for the provision of estate agency and valuation services across North Wales. The framework will support property disposals, acquisitions, and valuations for social housing and related assets. We are seeking input from the market to: • Understand supplier capability and capacity within North Wales. • Encourage participation from local estate agencies and valuers with strong regional market knowledge.
