ESRI ARC GIS software is a critical suite of software which is used by our NGN field engineers and other operational staff to help identify, maintain and capture gas data information on all our below ground assets and geographical information. NGN's GIS landscape is built up of multiple complex, bespoke systems, which were set up by ESRI and added over time, and contain custom code supported by ESRI.
