Overview

The MPS on behalf of the Contracting Authority (MOPAC) has awarded a contract for a small number of evidential screening devices(ESD's) for the Christmas Drink Drive campaign. Without service continuation the Authority would experience and be exposed to operational risk due the nature of the environment these products are required for. This contract was awarded for a year to allow time to publish an ITT for a tender and therefore are enacting a negotiated procedure without publication with the current supplier.
