East Sussex County Council (ESCC) has a wide range of microsites hosted by a number of different companies to varying standards and quality. Microsites, for the purpose of this procurement exercise, are defined as web sites initiated and owned by an ESCC team which deal with subject matters of interest to ESCC partners or the public but which are not part of the core business of ESCC. To address this ESCC's ongoing need for sites and to resolve risks identified in a recent audit a single supplier is needed.
