ESCC MA Highways Contract and Consultancy Support

This short-term assignment is in scope of IR35 and sole traders cannot bid for the contract. We are looking for a Consultant for six months to provide the strategic commercial approach to the management and governance of the Council's Highways Infrastructure Services Contract and other contracts and to ensure all contract, commercial and risk management processes are managed to meet the contract and project outcomes.
