Overview
East Sussex County Council (the 'Council') is seeking to procure a single supplier framework for the provision of Mediation and Disagreement Resolution Services (the 'Services'). The Council is acting as Lead Authority on behalf of the 15 members of the South East Mediation Group. It is anticipated that all members of the South East Mediation Group shall enter into a call-off contract under the Framework Agreement immediately upon award of the Framework Agreement. Membership to the South East Mediation Group and access to the Framework is open to other authorities covered by NUTS Codes UKH, UKI, UKJ, UKK .
