Overview

To support our ED&I Strategy we are seeking a training provider to deliver half day workshops aimed at new starters to the GMC with some follow up on-line, materials, to foster continuous learning on ED&I in their first year of working at the GMC. We want this training to move beyond awareness raising, engage staff in this area, and include a focus on personal action and accountability to ensure ongoing learning and development. This training will replace the previous half day workshop we have run for new joiners which was also delivered by an external provider (although it did not contain a focus on continuous learning).
