EPR Current State Mapping Process

The main objective of this project is to build an understanding of current working practices, what data is collected in which system and how information flows between departments and organisations. This is a critical starting point for the programme. To maximise the benefits from implementing a joint EPR across the three acute trusts, clinical workflows and documentation will largely need to be standardised. It is understood that at present, there is considerable variation in both workflows and documentation across the three trusts.
