Thank you for your interest in the Carrow House site refurbishment project. This opportunity offers Contractors the opportunity to work with Norwich City Council and their Consultants in order to carry out construction and refurbishment works at Carrow House, 301 King Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2TN. These works are being delivered as part of the East Norwich Masterplan under the Government funded Towns Deal programme.Carrow House consists of two main parts; a 1960’s office block (New Carrow House) and Old Carrow House, a historic Grade II listed building, once the Colman family home.
