Accent Housing Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced collection agencies no later than Thursday 24th December 2020. Accent is looking to appoint a supplier for Debt Collection Services for former tenant arrears, the contract will be for initial 2 year term with the option to extend a further 2 years and will commence on or before 1st April 2021. We have provided an indicative budget spend has been provided for year 1 however this may increase or decrease significantly based on collection.
