A five year #Be Responsible Campaign has encouraged use of litter bins and other pro-environmental behaviours. As a result of this, the majority of residents and visitors to Trafford comply, however, in a number of areas problems persist in respect of waste being dumped in alleyways and litter being dropped. Street cleansing waste has increased considerably as we collect even more dumped waste and litter from our streets and alleyways.
