Overview

The Service Provider would provide a team of qualified Enforcement Officers who will patrol agreed areas of the Borough and, through interaction with the public, raise awareness of environmental standards, change behaviours towards environmental crime, and issue Fixed Penalty Notices when appropriate. The Service Provider would provide all the necessary systems and processes to enable the recording of FPNs as well as the required administration and expertise to process and progress FPNs through to settlement, including attending appeal and court hearings as necessary.
