Maldon District Council, working in partnership with the Bradwell Legacy Partnership, has secured funding from the Magnox Socio-economic Scheme to commission a feasibility study to look at the demand, economic impact, indicative design and costing, and identification of any development constraints for an Enterprise Centre to be located in the Maldon District. The purpose of this study is to establish whether or not there is a demand for an Enterprise Centre in the Maldon District and if so, the nature and type of accommodation and uses required together with a feasibility appraisal demonstrating how these premises can be delivered and sustained in the most cost effective and viable way.…
