The Borough Council of Calderdale requires an Enhanced Childcare Database (ECD) information management system that will support the aims and objectives of the Childcare Act 2006 and any subsequent amendments introduced by the Childcare Bill 2015. The solution should be a single system where software modules can be added or subtracted as required by the specific needs of the local authority.
