Engineering Phase 2 - M&E Engineering Services Mini-Competition - AWARD

Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services are required for the Engineering Building 2. This project encompasses the construction of a new building, adjacent to the existing Engineering Building, to provide for the expansion of the Engineering Department at Lancaster University and the refurbishment of existing space within the Science and Technology Building. The nett construction cost of the project is estimated to be £9.8 million, comprising of approximately £8.4 million of new build and £1.4 million of refurbished space. The construction works will be procured via a traditional route.
