This resource is essential to assist in the delivery of the Council's Safer Roads Fund project and securing an associated grant funding allocated by the Department for Transport for 2023/24. The Highways Team has attempted to recruit engineers/senior engineers without success and is using the Consultancy framework with WSP to undertake some of the work, however WSP is unable to fulfill all resource requirements.
