This notice is for a proposed renewal framework for engineering and technical consultancy services. The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with Scotland Excel to discuss the opportunity, marketplace and options regarding the structure of the proposed procurement. These services will primarily relate to civil engineering and other associated discipline which may include: Structural engineering Traffic and Transportation Environmental Land surveying Drainage and Flooding Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical Costal and Maritime Structures Project Management Master planning Please note that at this stage the scope of the framework and its lot(s) are subject to change.
