To provide external enforcement agency services. The service providers as a minimum will be required to enforce: • Liability Orders for Council Tax and Business Rates. • County Court Judgements for Sundry Debts • Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) in accordance with statutory procedures introduced on 6th April 2014. A mini competition was undertaken using the YPO DPS for Enforcement Services.
