Oxford City Council (OCC) intends to maximise the collection of debts through the effective use of all available recovery options, to reduce the costs of collection and ensure a high quality Enforcement Agent service is provided. Service Provider(s), will be expected to deliver an Enforcement Agent service in respect of recovery of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Commercial Rents, Housing Arrears such as Garage Rents, Tenant Recharges and Leaseholder Service Charges, Excess Parking Penalty Charge Notices (ECN), Commercial Rent Arrears, Sundry Income Debts, Housing Benefit Overpayments, the service of documents and any such other debts as and when OCC requires.
