WHA currently utilises a broker to source energy from separate sources, to provide invoice validation and to research the market to deliver security of supply, at the best achievable market rates and to guard against price fluctuations. In addition, we employ a metering and billing provider to assist with recharging our customers for communal systems for heating and hot water. WHA is looking to simplify our processes, for the benefit of all and we see a reduction in suppliers, as one way to help achieve simplicity and efficiency.
