Dudley MBC is procuring for specialist consultancy services to provide expert technical and legislative advice concerning the current condition, future management and legislative requirements for the Council's Energy from Waste facility. The Council does not possess this knowledge and expertise in-house. The results of this feasibility study will help inform the future strategy for the operation and management of the site for the next 10-30 years, including capital investment plans and funding requirements.
