Overview
Progress Housing is establishing a Framework Agreement for the procurement of Energy and associated services for Contracting Authorities that join the Framework. The Framework will be divided into three lots which are: Lot 1 - Non Half Hourly Electricity Lot 2 - Half Hourly Electricity Lot 3 - Gas Only Energy Suppliers with a valid UK electricity supply licence, who have also signed up to all the associated Registration, Distribution, Connection & Use of System, Balancing & Settlement Agreements are eligible to apply to be included in this Framework Agreement, and individual Call offs will be subject to mini competitions.
