Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust (NCHC) is seeking an energy broker to provide a “one-stop-shop” for some or all the following services: 1. energy procurement strategy determination; 2. utility procurement – gas, electricity and water; 3. bureau services; 4. efficiency advice 5. fuel (such as LPG and heating oil) procurement; 6. DEC certificates; 7. management information; and 8. other support requirements. Additional energy-related services will also be considered if required.
