Overview

The Council requires a supplier to deliver a user device programme which will provide a cradle to grave service. The Council expects users to be able to search an online catalogue, which informs them of the device and what type of situation it can be used. A user should then be able to ‘buy’ and have opportunity to ‘you may also like’ suggestions for device accessories. It is desirable that the solution integrates with the Council’s SAP ordering and payments solution to ensure a seamless experience.
