Empty Property Refurbishment

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is seeking to appoint three contractors to provide a range of refurbishment works to empty properties between lettings in North East Derbyshire. Bidders will deliver properties to the RHL Lettable Standard and associated specifications. One of Rykneld Homes main corporate objectives is to 'Set our customers up to succeed'.
