Empty Homes Cleaning and Clearance Services Framework

Livv Housing Group is seeking to establish a framework of contractors to provide cleaning and clearance services across two lots. Lot 1- Cleaning Lot 2- Clearance Additional cleaning/clearance services may be required from time to time under the framework, to meet the needs of Livv Housing Group. The outcome of the tender process will be a 2-year framework with the option to extend by 12 months; this agreement is expected to commence October 2025. It is envisaged that the final framework will be awarded to approximately 3 contractors for Cleaning and 3 contractors for Clearance.
