The Council is seeking to commission an employment support service which utilises fundraising opportunities for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by providing end-to-end, personalised support into skilled, secure and well-paid jobs. The service will operate a flexible delivery model and provide support that offers people a personalised pathway away from homelessness through education, training and employment, that builds on their strengths and aspirations for the future.
