Overview
Merlin Housing Society seeks to establish a framework of Employers Agents to work alongside our internal Property Investment and Development Teams in our exciting plans for refurbishing and developing homes for social housing rental, market rental and shared ownership and possible outright sale in the future. We aim to build 300 new homes per year up to 2022, this is a crucial activity for Merlin and an exciting new era. The selection of appropriate partners is critical to its success.
