Overview
Greenfields is looking appoint up to five partners on a framework agreement to deliver Employers Agent and project management service on a number of residential new build schemes. It should be noted that successfully winning a place on this framework in no way guarantees that works will be awarded to any or all of the consultants. Greenfields reserves the right to cancel any order prior to works commencing and award the works to another Consultant. The framework will last four years, and will cover a range of new build delivery approaches, including in-house delivery, land led sites, S106 schemes and open market sales.
