CITB wishes to procure research to support its programme of Employee Engagement from 2015 to 2018. It is anticipated that this research will take the following form, a full staff census survey every other year combined with other support work in the between census survey years: • 2015 – Planning and support work • 2016 – CITB census employee satisfaction survey • 2017 – Support work • 2018 – CITB census employee satisfaction survey Further details of CITB requirements and the nature of this opportunity are set out in the following sections of this ITT.
