This tender seeks to identify a supplier capable of providing an EAP service for West Yorkshire which will augment the current service provision by providing telephone counselling on 24/7 basis, 365 days of the year. We are looking for the provision to be accessible by Freephone and provide tele-counselling support, access to finance and legal services, face to face counselling and a web based well being information service. Areas not required are: Employment law, CBT, and Mediation as these would overlap with current provision.
