Overview

Knowsley Council are seeking a provider who can deliver this programme for an academic year (36 weeks) to learners on both Meadowbrook and Alt Bridge. The Meadowbrook and Alt Bridge cohorts can be combined or supported separately but we would envisage the programme to be delivered 1 day per week. The Alt Bridge programme must be delivered on a Thursday of each week. Each cohort has up to 10 learners. The programme is to be delivered as an integral part of the 5 day provision and will form part of the learner's individual learning plan (ILP) and annual person centred review (PCR).
