Emergency Accommodation Construction Framework

This framework is for the construction, adaptation and conversion of emergency accommodation. Eligible contracting authorities may call upon house builders and associated contractors for the provision of design and build projects; or construction only where the design is provided; and/or associated works and related activities independently, to maintain, repair or facilitate and manage construction. Emergency homebuilding means providing secure, well designed accommodation for displaced residents, such as individuals and families with dependency needs.
